PARKS AND NATURE RESERVES: St Tammany Parish is home to some of the most beautiful parks and nature reserves. Our children enjoy the outdoors and there are a lot of exciting activities for children, teens, and adults that include some of the most beautiful camping areas, recreational facilities and even Swamp Tours, cruising along the swamps in an air boat.
In 1980, I embarked on a journey to write about unique people, friendly places and fun adventures. This lead me on the career path in marketing and journalism. This later led to more college in computer science with the introduction of the internet.
Now, after 40 years in the business world, traveling when I could, and meeting an enormous amount of talented people along the way, I decided to create a connection place where everyone in our community can share their talent and experiences and provide feedback to businesses that might not otherwise hear from their customers. Negative experience are just as impactful as positive ones. Professionals and creators alike, all know that it takes at least 10 new customers (or clients) to replace ONE good customer.
